How it Works
Labor Hours: Labor hours are dedicated entirely to that month's scheduled visit and do not carry forward. Unused hours are forfeited at the end of the month.
Extra Labor: If a task requires more time than your plan's included hours, additional labor is always available at standard rates, with your subscriber discount applied automatically.
Subcode & Specialty Work: Routine, non-structural physical repairs and cosmetic maintenance are handled directly by K&M under our NJ HIC registration. For any specialized, permitted subcode work (such as trade-licensed electrical, plumbing, or HVAC), we coordinate scheduling and oversight with our network of licensed third-party partners.

How it Works
Every plan includes one scheduled visit per month for all 12 months of your agreement. Labor hours are dedicated to that month's visit and do not carry forward. Unused hours are forfeited. Additional labor beyond your plan hours is available at standard rates with your subscriber discount applied automatically. All routine, non-structural maintenance is performed directly by K&M, while specialized, permitted trade work (such as electrical or plumbing) is coordinated through our network of licensed third-party partners.
After-Hours Emergencies (Tier 3): Access to our dedicated after-hours emergency line is included for active Tier 3 subscribers to report catastrophic facility events (active flooding, total heat loss, or security breaches). Emergency phone triage and remote trade dispatch coordination are included. Any required physical on-site emergency dispatches (by K&M or our partners) between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM, or on weekends, are billed at a flat $150 dispatch fee plus our emergency labor rate (minimum 2 hours), with your 15% subscriber discount applied only to non-emergency follow-up repairs.
