A primary bathroom is the one room in a house that is genuinely yours. This one was built that way.
The tub is freestanding, set under the window so the light falls across it, with porcelain running floor to ceiling on every wall. No tile band, no change in material partway up — one continuous surface, which is what makes the room read as a single space rather than a collection of surfaces.
The shower is frameless glass on a pebble mosaic floor, texture underfoot against all that smooth stone. A double vanity with a backlit mirror, recessed lighting, and ventilation actually sized for the room.
This is the level of finish that has to be planned before anything gets ordered. Nothing here was decided on site.
